Each dish is carefully prepared by selecting quality ingredients and following traditional recipes reinterpreted by our chef’s creative flair, to enhance the unique flavours of the island.


One dish we hold dear is the "La Perla" appetiser, featuring a variety of seafood tastings, including octopus salad, tuna carpaccio, Catalan-style monkfish, and other delights. A simple yet surprising starter.


In addition, the chef delights guests daily with seafood dishes such as spaghetti or fregola ‘allo scoglio’ with fresh prawns or the mixed grill with the daily catch. Upon request, you can also savour Catalan-style lobster and top-quality raw seafood.
