Teodoro Luciano Amadori, the owner, after travelling around Italy working for the first chain of high-end Italian dining, El Toulà, and for the Ciga Hotels group of Costa Smeralda, decided to establish his restaurant La Perla in Limpiddu (Budoni) on 1st April 1994, becoming a gastronomic landmark of the Eastern Coast of Sardinia.
