Fish restaurant in Budoni
The Ristorante La Perla is located, like a precious and shining gem, nestled in the green beauty of the Sardinian countryside, one kilometre from the sea of Budoni.
Teodoro Luciano Amadori, the owner, after travelling around Italy working for the first chain of high-end Italian dining, El Toulà, and for the Ciga Hotels group of Costa Smeralda, decided to establish his restaurant La Perla in Limpiddu (Budoni) on 1st April 1994, becoming a gastronomic landmark of the Eastern Coast of Sardinia.
The name of my establishment is a tribute to one of the magnificent locations where I spent many years working in high-end dining and catering: Cortina d'Ampezzo, the pearl of the Dolomites.
